W. David Bledsoe Owner
David was born and raised in Atlanta and has been in the construction field since 1980. After his involvement as part owner off one of Atlanta's largest plumbing, electrical, pest control,  heating/air conditioning,  and home inspection company, David started Healthy Home Inspections LLC in 2002.

David has a State of Georgia: Electrical, Conditioned Air, and Pesticide Applicators Licenses. 

David is past president of  (MAACA)  Metro Atlanta Air Conditioning Association.

David is certified by ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors),  and GAHI (Georgia Association of Home Inspectors).

David has been a guest construction code instructor at Gwinnett Tech, Dekalb Tech, The Birch Academy, and for The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

David is approved by the Georgia Construction Board to teach  a manual J and manual D (Heating and Cooling System sizing and Duct sizing course) to, Licensed Conditioned Air Contractors for Continued Education Credit.

David holds the following ICC (International Code Council Certifications.) (Formally CABO)

Claude L. Pursell
Claude was born and raised in Lilburn GA and has been in the construction field since 1968.

Claude  holds a State of Georgia Master Plumber License.

Claude owned and managed a residential and commercial plumbing company in Atlanta for over 30 years.

Claude  has been inspecting homes for over three years.

Claude holds the following ICC (International Code Council Certifications.) (Formally CABO)

Claude has also served on the local plumbing advisory board.

Laura A Bledsoe
Laura was born in Atlanta and raised in Decatur, GA. She has worked in various capacities at a credit reporting agency, and for a large manufacturing company. Laura is married to David and schedules our inspections and otherwise manages general office duties.
